Jeff Hiers, President — With 30+ years in the commercial cleaning industry, Jeff knows what it takes to recruit, train, and motivate a committed team. Jeff honed his skills in management and operations with a highly successful commercial cleaning company in Dallas Texas. In 2000, Jeff returned to Florida to start his own venture. ImageOne has seen unprecedented growth all over the Central Florida area since opening the doors in January 2001. Everyone who knows Jeff attributes his rapid success in this highly competitive industry to his commitment to always do the right thing. Jeff takes care of his people. He keeps his word. He honors his commitments. You can count on Jeff and his personally selected team to treat you and your company with the utmost care and respect. During breaks from business, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his son, their friends, and extended family.
Michael Bennett joined ImageOne in 2005. As one of our most seasoned team members, he has worked in just about every business capacity including customer service, sales, crew recruitment/training and operations. Michael currently serves as our General Manager for the Central Florida area. He believes in follow-up and follow through — you can count on Michael to get things done! On the weekends he enjoys taking his jeep trail-riding through the Ocala Forest.
Jonah Bennett is the Account Manager for Volusia and Seminole Counties. As a seasoned account manager, Jonah prioritizes relationship-building and problem-solving in his approach to client interactions and crew management. In his leisure time, Jonah enjoys following his favorite football team, the University of Florida Gators. Jonah likes exploring new places. His most recent road trip was to Tennessee — a new favorite!
Dave Brownyard has been a part of our staff of inside sales team for more years than he cares to say. He brings a wealth of professional sales and customer experience to ImageOne. Dave’s hobbies include sports, fishing, traveling, and sightseeing. This Florida native enjoys spending his free time with family and planning their next adventure!
Kailyn Caban is responsible for the Accounting department. She began her career with ImageOne in January 2022 in Operations which gave her a good overview and introduction into our business model. She most appreciates the collaborative work environment that is also FUN. In her down time, Kailyn enjoys the company of her husband and three children having adventures in the woods. They like fishing and trail riding in their Jeep and four-wheelers.
Chris Daly joined the ImageOne team in 2013. As an Account Manager, his territory covers Orange, Osceola, and Lake Counties. Chris works closely with our clients and cleaning crews to provide excellent customer service. He achieves this by approaching every day as an opportunity to solve problems and find creative solutions. Chris was born and raised in Florida. He loves sports — especially football! He enjoys time with his wife and son, getting together with friends, playing group activities and sightseeing.
Brianna Duffo is our Recruiting Specialist. Brianna spends her days recruiting and developing new hires for our professional cleaning program. Her daily conversations are typically focused on informing potential candidates of our client’s needs and communicating the importance of doing a job that promotes excellence. Her hometown is Apopka Florida where she graduated high school as a Blue Darter. When there’s time, she enjoys exploring and riding her bicycle on Central Florida’s many bike trails.
Jake Hiers is our CRM Manager plus keeps our electronic and software systems running smoothly. Since joining our staff in 2023 Jake has spent time gaining a full understanding of the needs for each department. Jake is a native Floridian and calls Sorrento home. Jake enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
Jand Meditz has been a valuable part of our marketing team since 2007 focusing on Inside Sales. Jand lives in Altamonte Springs. When the weather is nice, she enjoys walking and bicycling on local trails — and playing classical piano on rainy afternoons. Jand loves visiting with people and looks forward to assisting you with your janitorial needs.
Allen Sumlin joined the ImageOne sales team in 2011 and has become a great asset as an Account Executive for new clients. He has developed a real skill in providing bid estimates to fit your budget parameters while also meeting your service specifications. Allen has 20+ years of experience in the construction industry and has the innate ability to recognize potential issues and find quick solutions. Allen was raised in Central Florida and loves spending time with his grandchildren.
Jared Walker keeps everyone organized and on our toes in his position as Administrative Assistant. He was born in Leesburg and raised in Mount Dora where Jared graduated high school. “Go Hurricanes!” His favorite part of being at ImageOne is the pleasant work environment where everyone helps one another out with a good sense of humor. Jared is super resourceful and is working toward buying a fix-r-upper. He envisions one day owning a cozy home where he can host bonfire nights with family and friends.
Ginnie Watson is our Operations Manager. She brings 26+ years of business management experience to ImageOne. Ginnie oversees the daily janitorial operations, fosters new and existing client relationships, and conducts monthly orientation training for our crews. In addition, she supervises job compliance, quality control and safety checks for our cleaning crews. Meanwhile, she also coordinates all extra services and one-time such as carpet cleaning, window washing, buffing or refinishing floors, etc. She has a “can-do!” attitude and her willingness to do whatever it takes to make good things happen, makes her our Go-To Person for client service and crew relations. Ginnie believes that a positive attitude produces positive results!
